Even though I won the league on the strength of two good goalies, so it would only hurt me, I would support the change. When there are only 30 starting goalies and it's a 20 team league, having 5/13 (38.5%) categories be goalie cats is silly. Actually, I think an even better change would be to remove SHO and GAA. Just have W-SV-SV%. That setup is more skill based and it's a better ratio (3 of 11 stats - 27.3% - are goalie stats).

Could remove a goalie stat next season so they are simply less valuable, overall. I would suggest SHO since it's fluky as f*** anyway. Could also think about making only one G lineup slot... Not sure if it needs fixing though.

Personally I don't even see the value in that. I'd rather watch at a bar and get hammered than pay $200 for nosebleeds. Or watch at home in HD and eat 3000 calories. The dome is annoying. Seats are too small and there are too many failed waves.

And there's the Greg Holland news. It is his elbow. KC's bullpen is now pretty ordinary. Davis is still elite but Herrera looks pretty normal this year and Madson is hard to trust. Osuna-Cecil-Henriks-Lowe-Sanchez-Hawkins > Davis-Herrera-Madson-Hochevar-Morales-Duffy (IMO)

This is a terrible time to buy though. For the ALDS, the 500s are $60 face and there are a whole whack of people who bought series/playoff strips that are budgeting to sell some games in order to fund the games they're actually attending. Thousands of tickets will be sold on the secondary market. Prices could still conceivably drop back to the low $100s.
