Yes, I was a little insane last night. Every year there is a point that the team pisses me off so badly that I vow not to watch the next day, tonight's game is that day. Good news is, they always win the game I decide to stop watching which pulls me back in and makes me watch the next day again.

With the s*** show that is our pen, how bout breaking Stroman in as a reliever....not a closer, but give him 3-4 innings here and there to get his feet wet. He could have come in today in the 6th and pitched 3 innings, or maybe finish the game if he's dealing. Put santos on the DL with right arm shitiness. I guess the problem is there are too many long men already, but how bout we send Rogers and Happ packing to solve that problem to.

Nice range by Francisco. Lawrie gets to that ball with ease and we might still be playing. Siearra is so useless, shockingly bad!

I like gibbons, but this f***ing team needs a message sent...fire the guy and see if the players respond. Will never happen this early with the team 2 games under .500 though. -

Oh yes, the last 3-5 have, that's why a rebuild will be hard to stomach. Sometimes rebuilding is fine, watching young guys come up and trading for the next 'superstar' and seeing it come together...but it's gonna hurt after I thought we finally had a decent team. For the record, I'm not giving up on this season yet. Seems we have a lot of potential.

A 3-5 year rebuild is going to be painful to go through. They really need to be good this year!

Help me olerud, my optimism is slowly fading. I need a pick me up. Not feeling good that bucholz and Lester are up next. I feel a sweep comin on and me getting very cranky.

I'm not a fan of dickey, but his contract isn't a write off, the guy is capable of pitching like an ace for a month or two at least and does seem to be prone to slow starts. The thing that sucks, is I feel this team is a legitimate contender if we had a true ace.

I never cheer for injuries to opposing players, but it's about time a Rays starter need TJ....or am I just forgetting other cases?

I've been saying all along, the difference replacing JP will make along with improved overall defence will be a massive upgrade for the team. If they keep having good at bats then it's another improvement. After that health will be the key.
