I'm with L54. I'd be surprised if he ever starts. And I think it's the right move. He's worth 2-3 wins in his current role (probably). He only has 4 years of team control left, and if he's stretched out, the first two of those years will come with innings caps that make him unlikely to be worth what he's currently worth in 70 high leverage innings. You'd be stretching him out hoping for 1-2 4+ win seasons before he hits free agency, when you have 2-3 wins in hand (and ostensibly, less injury risk) if you just leave him be.
