Draisaitl and Zajac have been worse than replacement level so far lol.

I asked this same question a few weeks ago. He hasn't logged in to proboards since June 13th, or here since October 10th.

I hate that idea. You don't need to platoon him with a guy who can't do anything but DH. A good defensive OF who hits from the right side would let you play Bautista at DH vs. lefties. The idea that "Lind wastes two roster spots" is f***ing stupid.

Victor Martinez is projected at like 2.5 wins, which seems pretty fair. Lind and a proper platoon partner probably give you 2 wins. This would be a really inefficient (bad) sequence of moves.

Yup. LOD has a long way to go before being on the level of the DDL.

2nd straight win. Long climb back to 0.500 after the beating JFaS gave me though.

It was such a long bus ride back to civilization in my Lehner jersey

    lol

Well yeah. Neil Walker would have been cool too. Both are pretty embarassing to ask for though.

I generally avoid them by not reading sportsnet content. That's where hockey fans post about clutch playoff performers and the like.

Agh, the comments! "Finally, interest in adding a guy who is a playoff performer and a good team guy. thank god lind and janssen are gone, rasmus too, i hope they get martin as catcher" "@Derek James, you clearly don't watch baseball beyond the Blue Jays. Panda would have won the World Series MVP if not for Madison Bumgarner's unprecedented dominance. He has three World Series rings and was an integral part of each of those teams. Not only is he one of the best clutch hitters in baseball, he is a plus-defender, in spite of his physical stature. Have a clue before you post." "@Kelly D -- Did you watch game 7? He went 4-4 and caught the final out. He's the kind of guy that earns his pay."

Really not keen on Sandoval. The bat won't play at 1B going forward, and I don't think he's going to hold up defensively at 3B on a 5-6 year deal.

It's painful watching him now. One of my favourite players ever, but now I'll remember him as the washed up vet clinging to his career.

Gonna be in attendance for tonight's game. Leafs suck lol.

Ichiro is replacement-level now. Gose can do the 4th OF job better, and for a lot cheaper.
  20. BTS
Correct. He's very possibly the best.
  21. BTS
This is probably a good signing.
  22. BTS
    Like 4-5

Navarro is replacement-level. I imagine that Friedman, Zaidi and their team are aware of this.
  24. BTS
You're barking up the wrong tree now with LA.
