    Yeah, it doesn't account for the other incompetence of the crew though. The strikeout in the first (which favored us) and probably should have been no pitch (and probably wasn't a strike anyway) and the phantom balk in the 8th that erased a caught stealing and came around to score were particularly bad.

    Apparently Angel is now contagious.

    Kinda looked safe on that last shot, but probably not conclusive enough to overturn.

    He has a launch angle of -2 and average exit velocity of 83 this year. The worms would be in danger (if he was hitting the ball harder).

    Clement is so quick on the transfer. Really a treat to watch.

    He's a slightly above average hitter and roughly average defensive infielder. He's not exciting, but he's a nice fit for the role he's in.

    If you're Gil, I don't think Angel is the umpire you want to show up on very clear balls.

    I'm not sure the pitch was even a strike. Angel just kind of botched that one all the way around.

    Gameday is interesting between innings. You can see the players throwing the ball around while the pitcher is warming up.

    They could have stuck just about any pitcher out there with better results. It would be great if we had we did that with. I remember Stroman used to once in a while.

    Oh FFS. You'd never be able to find out who is faster between Vogelbach and Kirk. You'd die of old age before either finished the race.
