People can say what they like about Rogers and Sportsnet, but we seem to have pretty good camera angles and equipment compared to most teams.

Why not juggle the schedule so that the people with the bets play each other a second time as one of the extra 2 weeks?

Dunno, sounds like he has some durability issues and questionable upside. I think with Stroman and Sanchez in the rotation, we really need someone with a history of eating innings (or someone on a cheaper 1 year deal).

My team isn't really in a place where that kind of move makes sense atm. If I was a clear playoff contender, I would have been all over it.

I'm not sure there's a right answer. The fact you need to flip two categories might make the OBP and K/BB more important than flipping K's. Who holds the tie break?

I'm not sure I'd go that far, but I'm definitely going to miss him. He does a fantastic job of managing the players and personalities (and media), not so much in terms of in-game decisions imo. -
If a team is gonna insist everyone is a plus athlete (and a good hitter), they're probably gonna have a 300+ million payroll. If a lot of teams do that, the other ones are going to clean up on cheap players who provide more surplus value than the good athletes do.
