Should have been safe from this angle. Too close to overturn. Even if he was originally called out, it could have been overturned to safe as at the very least it looks like it was the same time (as above image shows).

You're right I should have worded it better. Of course we hope for a loss, I guess a better quote would have been "It's not that big of a deal we lost, xxxx lost too so we didn't lose any ground!"

Never understand the arguement "hopefully xxx loses so we don't lose any ground." We blew numerous chances against teams we should easily beat, to pull ahead. Sure we may not lose ground, but playing terrible like this can come back to haunt us when we lose the division or WC by a game.

All bans are lifted. 1. Spanky was banned because his posts are tiring, how anyone even questions his bannings, I have no idea. He would have been banned permanetly on any other forum. What he said may not been his worse, no one should have to listen to any of that. I get messages all the time from people that are sick of it. 2. When someone is banned, it is no one's business but the person being banned and the moderators. I've said it before and it shouldn't have to be repeated. We don't need it questioned, mocked, or us get insulted for banning someone. If it is really bothering you, contact me or the moderator that did it, not be an idiot in the forum. It should be an automatic ban, but a warning in that situation would have been a better idea. But creating multiple accounts and acting like an idiot should be a permanent ban as well. Reminds me of myself on the old forum

What a finish, disappointing of course. Hindsight, and if Pillar wasn't having such a good game, suicide squeeze there and it's a tie game with runner on third.

Our starting 1B next year. Luckily he's been soooo bad that they will have to rethink it now. I'm 99% positive that was the plan when they re-signed him.

Over the last three months, it can be aruged they were. I wouldn't LOL at someone or call them a homer if they said the Jays were the better team. I would think if someone did that they probably had no clue how good the Jays have actually been playing over the past while.

Saying we were the best team in baseball over the past 3.5 months because we have the best record in baseball over that time is really a stretch? So much that you say "lol no"? We have been the best team in baseball = best record in baseball in the last 3.5 months. That's not being a homer you moron. When two posts earlier I say I wouldn't be shocked if the Red Sox win the WS... I don't think that's being a homer.
