Not until he proves he's healthy, unless you're taking back another disastrous contract.

honestly he fits us as well as anyone. We need right handed bats and power and have playing time available at both corner OF and DH

Yeah, I think it’s best to just keep him around as depth. If he’s healthy, the Jays will find ways to get his bat into the lineup. I just wouldn’t reserve a starting spot for him. They can’t go into 2027 for the third straight year counting on him to be a major part of the offense. Anything he gives you at this point should be treated as a bonus.
