John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 unluckiest team in the world right now. Runner going, ground ball that would have gone straight to the 2b bag and got them a DP... but of course it has to deflect of the pitcher's foot.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Wow... Pinango made the catch but wtf was that body positioning ... very lackadaisical. He is not a good OF. hanton 1
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Miles coming into today had a 2.17 ERA, and 3.05 xFIP. How the hell does a pitcher with only 4.1 innings above rookie ball over a 4 year period come in and do this? The numbers aren't a fluke. He really is pitching this well. Orgfiller 1
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Ernie being our best powerhitter, something I did not see coming.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Whether with elite defense or good offense, Ernie Clement will give you 3 WAR and you’ll like it.
gruber9292 Verified Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 If JS really wanted a RHH in the clean up spot, wouldn't Ernie be the better choice atm? dancingmachine 1
SeranthonySantander Verified Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Clement going to somehow end up with a 9 figure contract

It’s rare for a random rookie with little pro experience to combine good stuff with at least decent enough command. His body has been his biggest enemy his whole career.

dancingmachine Verified Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Useless just dfa him put any of th OF at first over this pile of useless at bats
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Yup just DFA Sosa, get Santi back at least he gives more infield flexibility.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Everything about Sosa has been a waste. Waste of time, resources, opportunity for others, etc. dancingmachine 1
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 26 Posted May 26 That was a few centimetres off the sweet spot from being a 440 foot Springer bomb.
