Fisher - removed after the 6th with Oakland's lefties coming up in the 7th

Fluharty - removed because he died

Little - removed because he got lit up

Nance - removed because a) he had already thrown 1.1 innings and would have had to pitch in a 3rd inning, and B) Toronto had tied the game going into the 9th. 

Rogers - was never going multiple innings in a B2B in March

Varland - was never going multiple innings in a B2B in March

This was gonna be a battle anyways with Ponce getting injured so early. And law of averages was against us with Rockies being 0-3 on the year

We're dissecting Schneider's in-game moves as if our entire bullpen isn't a bunch of 1 inning matchup guys. We start the season with injuries to 3 key starters and don't bother to carry a single length reliever. This game was lost before it began.

We deserve to get absolutely annihilated today so that Schneider and Atkins can sit in it and reflect on how to construct a regular season pitching staff.
