Why pinch run for Barger in a tie game? It only makes sense if we have the lead, Barger's base running and defense is fine to stay in a tight game as we may need his bat again.

Why he didn't put Roki in to begin this inning is beyond me. France vs Roki is not ideal. But you really cant pinch hit again. Davis the better player but they will look at it as a lateral move.
