hanton Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Boston is dangerous with how they run the bases
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Yankees f***ed up. Fried was cruising.
SeranthonySantander Verified Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 It's cool that there are some games on this week but I'm sorry, I just can't take any of these loser ass wild card teams seriously. It's embarrassing and pathetic that we have a consolation round for these losers.
neverbeenhere Verified Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Spankees are gonna get cooked here
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Boone f'd up, when Crochet got Judge he should have realized it was SHUTDOWN time

Perfect Game Verified Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 I hate rooting for either of these two teams but man, I want a skankees choke so badly. Jays24 and Wake n bake 2

I seem to recall Randy Johnson pitching in a game 6 (with a high pitch count), then coming out of the bullpen for game 7. That was Randy Johnson though, and a different era. Jays24 and Omar 2
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Wow Red Sox shoving to the Yankees bullpen and Judge's noodle arm
neverbeenhere Verified Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 If Rsox win today, it will go 3 games, exactly what we are ordering
Wake n bake Verified Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 I can’t root for either of these teams but I am loving the long Yankees fans faces lol Spanky__99 and Omar 1 1
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 I don't care who we play - both teams have some glaring weaknesses; boston's lineup might be low key good for how they put the ball in play and run the bases plus some elite pitching neverbeenhere 1
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Yoshida delivers Sake for everyone
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Just imagine if the Red Sox kept Devers and had Roman Anthony healthy. That would have been a scary ass lineup to add to their pitching. I forgot they also have Cases out for the year too... damn lol
Masterbather Verified Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 This ridiculous new age thinking that 100 pitches is some maximum. Totally fake nonsense. They'd have been much better off letting Fried continue to pitch. He was cruising. Jays24 1

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Jared Carrabis in shambles. Nobody shits on Yoshida more than him and now has the biggest hit of their season
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 There is some merit to the strategy that if you are going to face an absolute ace like Crochet in game one of a short series then you should position your ace (Fried) to pitch game two instead of game one. Spanky__99 1

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 John Schneider is a better manager than Aaron Boone Not even bashing him for taking Fried out rn. I just think Boone isn't that good. hanton 1

Common sense has gone out the window and replaced by dweebs lol. Some good but def some bad. Masterbather and Perfect Game 2

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 1, 2025 Posted October 1, 2025 Alex Cora is smarter. He will ride Crochet 120-130 pitches no problem, Read bats not pitches.

Back in the days, fast balls were mostly thrown at 90 mph.
