Literally nobody in the Red Sox lineup scares me. Having to face Aaron Judge and Playoff Stanton will make most people s*** their pants. Not to mention they just have a great lineup in general. I also think the Yankees have the better starters overall outside of just Crochet.

Hope Yanks v Sox go 3 games with extra innings. Wear down all their bull pen.

I'd rather face the Sox because I think they're a slightly worse team than the Yanks. 

But also, so much ink was spilled over the Jays or Yanks winning the division, much of that was because the winner gets to avoid the wildcard round. If the Yanks win it effectively erases the division win. If they lose it increases the salience of the Jays division win, making it even sweeter for us and an extra needle for them.

Crochet has been great.  Other than the Volpe hr (blind squirrel finds nut) he is getting it done.  Bosox need to barrel up a few balls.

Having one pitcher like Crochet in a team seems to make a huge difference these days, when blue jays had Pat Hentgen and Roger Clemens and couldn't even make it to postseason. What has changed?
