They are probably better off adding two SP's, and letting Lauer/Manoah/Yesavage battle for the 5th spot. Berrios is already a ticking time bomb, so having him plus two of Lauer/Manoah/Yesavage/Francis/etc in the rotation is asking for trouble. Ideal scenario would be re-signing Bieber and then adding a 2nd big FA (Suarez?). They could probably afford to go a bit cheaper on the position player end given their depth there, but no chance I'd want to go cheap on the rotation. 

Also a possibility. I believe Lauer is out of options thiugh, so that complicates things a bit, thiugh he coukd still have a pen role. 

Yeah, Bieber plus Woodruff, or any combo of two top end starters could be possible. Alot depends on the Bo situation too. If hes not back that gives them more money to work with on the pitching side...but that does leave a gap in the offense without question. His D and baserunning can be replaced internally but nothing internal replaces his bat
