Jays have a "high performance department" that they spent millions on... it's crazy that of all players they could have extended during their time here, they chose Kirk lol.

Why all the negativity?  Were .500 after 3 series.  2 of the 3 series were vs. contenders.

Were you expecting this team to be a lot better than this?  

It's a long season.  Vlad will hit eventually.  Heck after April last year he was doing terrible but turned it around in a big way.
