Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted February 22, 2025 Posted February 22, 2025 Orelvis and Kirky both crushed the ball at 109 and 109.6 MPH respectively. Both were outs on defensively sound plays though... 😜 John_Havok, Pendleton and Omar 3

People are gonna crap on me but I'm telling you having Gimenez at SS and Bo at 2B would be a no brainer for me. Hopefully we'll see the Jays give it a shot for a few innings in the Spring to see how it looks.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted February 22, 2025 Posted February 22, 2025 Orelvis turning into something would be an amazing development given his strength is something the team sorely needs (HRs/power). Not sure what position he could reasonably play, but at this point just stick him at DH if the bat warrants it. Jays24, Gen.Disarray, Spanky99 and 1 other 4

Sucks that our 2 best hitters potentially don't have a real position to play (Martinez/Wager). But the bright side is our team doesn't have a full time DH.

If Kasevich has a solid year in Buffalo, he's potentially someone else to consider.

I understand not going all out on an infield chopper but legging out a double on a close play is the perfect time to test yourself.
