The projections appear to be in the range of 5.5-8M per, so this seems like an overpay on the surface. In the least it's a gamble based on track record more than current projections

That's about double what I expected Minter to get.  I mean he's a stud when healthy, but I thought he'd come cheaper.

I thought he was going to get around $8-10M AAV. That's what projections had him at I think.

I think Fangraphs has him at 1 yr/$6M, but others may have guessed higher.

Now LeClerc for $10M

This Hoffman deal looks like great value given what Minter, LeClerc and Kittredge signed for.

Yeah agree, just hope Hoffman is healthy and that his shoulder is fine. Would definitely rather have Hoffman at $11M AAV over three years instead of what Minter, LeClerc and Kittredge got. Hoffman has been far superior over the last two season than any of those guys.
