Forum Dynasty League Looking for Owners

For those if you who joined the forum recently, we have a number of Fantrax dynasty leagues that are mostly made up of long-time members here. All of them have been running for 10+ years and are very active. One of them (BORED) is looking for 3 owners this offseason.

It's a Fantrax 20-team league with 26-man rosters, 15-man farms and 7x7 scoring. Because 3 teams are available, we'll be doing a dispersal draft. There are some very good assets available:

Vladdy, Bichette, Elly De La Cruz, Tatis Jr., Trout, Schwarber, Bregman, W. Smith, Yelich, Santander, O. Cruz, , Kirby Ragans, Fried etc... will all be in the draft.

By the way, don't be fooled by the BORED acronym.  This is an enjoyable competitive league.

While we're talking board setup - can we move all the fantasy sports talk to it's own area?  I don't think it belongs in the main "Toronto Blue Jays Talk" section.  

Just a thought. You could have fantasy and betting on its own.

I put it here because I get the impression that nobody really reads the subforums and I wanted people to see it. I'll delete it when the spots are filled. 

This seems like something that has never really been a problem? We've never really had fantasy sports threads in the main forum except for the odd recruitment thread for one of the forum leagues every 6 months or whatever.

People asked for "Around Baseball" to be in this subthread and were told no.  Consistency seems like a fair request.

I’m just trying to figure it out why it matters to you. If the guy who owns the place wants to then fine but guys jumping out and crying about threads being made or where they’re posted is just so cringe 

Nobody is reading the other sub forums right now. I didn’t even know Morton signed Friday until like half an hour ago. This is just a call to action for the dynasty leagues that are like a decade long hosted primarily via the people here, that have essentially become a part of the community for some

Honestly, the dynasty leagues are one of the coolest parts of this community. It's hard to find active 20+ team leagues that have been running for a decade+

I agree and without them I wouldn’t have the attachment to this place that I do. They’ve kept a core group of people around and coming back for more

These dynasty leagues have been going strong for over a decade now, which is quite remarkable but speaks volumes of all the members who have taken part! We're definitely very fortunate to be apart of leagues that are so active and engaging. A lot of guys would pay an arm and a leg to join these leagues if they could.

Great - but people asked about the Around Baseball and MiLB/Prospects threads to be moved into this subthreads for the same reason and were told no - that people wanted more organization and such.  

To be clear - none of it matters to me.
