Masterbather Verified Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Jays should trade for Oakland's reliever That elbow is a ticking time bomb.
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Bunt should have been on with springer

Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 "Why don't you pitch like you talk s*** Adams!" Who said that on the Jays?
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 No Genesis today please, just bring Yimi out again.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 wtf is Kikuchi doing Made no sense. Head down right into the fielder.
Masterbather Verified Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Vladdy clearly has a hole in his bat
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Vladdy clearly has a hole in his bat horrible ab.
Masterbather Verified Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Made no sense. Head down right into the fielder. I'm guessing he couldn't back into the dugout because there were players behind him and so he thought the safest play was to run the other way.
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Hope Kikuchi didn't hurt himself on that....
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Series win accomplished. What a game IKF!
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 (edited) watching the replay again....Soderstrom hit Kikuchi right on his left shoulder Edited June 9, 2024 by hanton
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 IF you want to know what it means to "get behind the ball" watch the IK bases clearing hit. no hitting down on the ball for him
harvey16 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 Big win! We're officially out of the AL East basement and half game back of the Red Sox. Let's win tomorrow and get back to .500. One series at a time, we are still very much in it. Lots of season left. Let's keep it rolling!

Let's hope they keep it rolling and hopefully Atkins does address some areas on the roster before the deadline to help give this team another push down the stretch!
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2024 Author Posted June 9, 2024 What a win Wish I'd seen the last few innings
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 Unless you get a stupidly massive jump, please stop trying to steal bases if you're not going to slide head first. Why are you so fixated on this? Varsho is 7 for 8 in stolen bases this season, the foot first slide really isn't and hasn't been an issue.

Hopefully there are offensive difference makers available this season as there was f*** all to pick from last year.
Auldphartt Verified Member Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 Really with Varsho's D and some really clutch hits/base running etc, this Team would be waaaay worse off without Varsho. He has been pretty key in a lot of games this year. He's obviously our best all-round player. He leads the team in RBIs, HRs, runs scored, and is second in stolen bases. He's also one of the best, if not the very best outfielder in baseball. You seldom see him having to dive for a ball like Springer or Pillar. He catches them standing up like Keirmeyer... read and speed. He's also one of the smartest Jays, brilliant on the basepaths.
