G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Unbelievable. Burdi did everything he could to walk him there Vlad was NOT going to let him
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Author Posted April 5, 2024 Whose your Vladdy? Burdi lol... dude is lost ATM.
The_DH Verified Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Vlad needs to be impaled on the bench! Love the Buck comment that he'd love him to be a hitter.
Masterbather Verified Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Offense is still utter s***, but thank you Yankees. We need it and we'll take it.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Serious question.. What could Vladdy fetch in a trade this off season, or dare I say at this year's trade deadline? Literally nothing lol. If he makes it to the offseason looking this bad he's getting non-tendered. He's basically salary relief at this point.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 That 89mph cement mixer right down the f***ing middle that Vladdy missed is a troubling site.
Sorrow Verified Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Serious question.. What could Vladdy fetch in a trade this off season, or dare I say at this year's trade deadline? At $19.9M or the balance of it plus likely 25M in 2025 I don't think much. If he has a year like last season he's likely getting non-tendered and he looks even worse this year.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Author Posted April 5, 2024 At least he didn’t smirk walking back. Yeah, that grind my gears in his last AB.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Not sure if anyone else noticed, but the A&W pitch guy has lost a ton of weight.
HomeRunHomer Verified Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Has Vladdy been to the eye doctor lately?
Masterbather Verified Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Vlad needs to be impaled on the bench! Love the Buck comment that he'd love him to be a hitter. I wanted to trade him two off seasons ago. People are still blind and can't see what's painfully obvious.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 lol... dude is lost ATM. Yep. In between on everything. Swinging at balls and not able to square up pitches in the zone he is ripping at. His BA on fastballs has steadily declined since '21. I mean it ain't easy to square up 100 but...he is Vlad. And he is missing breaking stuff in the zone too.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Literally nothing lol. If he makes it to the offseason looking this bad he's getting non-tendered. He's basically salary relief at this point. That can't be true. Some GM will think that he can resurrect him.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Not sure if anyone else noticed, but the A&W pitch guy has lost a ton of weight. Thanks to A&Ws new Health PicksTM menu!
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Clement makes it look really easy out there.
The_DH Verified Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Not sure if anyone else noticed, but the A&W pitch guy has lost a ton of weight. Yes, Vladdy making him toss his cookies too much
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 That can't be true. Some GM will think that he can resurrect him. Would you pay him $25M for one year? Might as well wait for him to get non-tendered and if you think there's hope then sign him to like a 1/8 prove it deal.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 Man - this isn't over yet. Green looks like a waste at $10M
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 I just don’t know if I could ever trust a Chad.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted April 5, 2024 Posted April 5, 2024 I wanted to trade him two off seasons ago. People are still blind and can't see what's painfully obvious. Should have traded him to AA and the Braves when they let Freeman walk
