Vladdys glove is already closed on that shot. You'd need to back the screenshot up a couple of frames since it's becomes a catch as soon as the ball touches the glove.

I felt bad for Varsho, he looked totally lost out there offensively. Not his fault that Atkins didnÂ’t realized before he acquired him, that it is a two sided page metrics and he only read the one page.

No we aren't convinced at all lol. I don't think there is any way to justify the signing of IKF it never made sense. He isn't an everyday player and the Jays are already tons of options at the positions he plays.

 

It's almost like Ross woke up one day frustrated and just wanted to do something for the sake of doing it. Hard to imagine he had multiple multi year offers on the table. Seems like a guy you could have waited on and snagged him for 4 or 5 mill later if you really wanted him.

Jays clearly needed to combine the money they spent on KK and IKF for an impact LF bat. It's what 99% of the people wanted but they went down this path instead.
