Just awesome. You never know when a big play like Semien's on D is going to matter in a game but it sure looks huge now. That gets through and its a fork in HOU.

It’s exhausting. If we had traded Kirk and he had a season with the bat close to what his projections were (120ish wRC+) and Moreno struggled, everyone would be whining that we traded the proven player.

 

Whenever a top prospect like Moreno is traded, its going to be debated for years lol. Any material deal. This board has been like that since 2013.

It would be the height of idiocy to hit Garcia intentionally in a 2 run game, in the 8th, with a runner on and nobody out.

 

I get why the umps think they had to toss him, but it was the wrong call. They should have tossed Garcia and not Abreu.
