hanton Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Kirk's game calling is almost as bad as his fitness level. So many red flags up and down this lineup. Least likeable Jays team in many years. I disagree with this, what's wring with his game calling?
Masterbather Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 TEX was never as bad as their recent skid and Newton’s law of baseball is being inflicted on us. The one constant is our offence. Precisely, it was always going to come down to us and Seattle. Would have been nice not to have been humiliated though but at least it will open the eyes, hopefully, of the people that were still blind.
93 Jays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 I'm out of this team c ompletely until they fire whoever decided on Belt over Bellinger, lol. And of course, this manger who shouldn't be aloowed to manage his own bank account
deanmike Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 I disagree with this, what's wring with his game calling? Agree with this, Jays are out of the playoffs and it's mainly the faults of worthless garbage fatass piece of s*** Vlad, worthless garbage fatass piece of s*** narcissist sociopath Manoah, and fatass Kirk all underperforming bigly by fWAR and obese.
Delgalladay Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Just saw the score. So glad I didn’t bother watching. I actually deleted the MLB app during the game yesterday. I’m done with this team Atkins built.

Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Oh look, Montgomery didn't get an obvious call. Guess the Jays are gonna make him pay for that...
Masterbather Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 I disagree with this, what's wring with his game calling? I wish he would call the fastball up and in to righties more often with Kuch. It actually drives me nuts.
Steeljays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Real pathetic showing. The entire staff needs to be let go. Been waiting since May to turn things around. New GM needs to stockpile young talent . This core doesn't cut it.
93 Jays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 11 earned runs in his last nine innings? Throwing 5 scoreless at us

jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 If anyone is still riding the Ross Atkins train, you need to get your heads examined. It's not all his fault, but yeah he deserves some blame. I couldn't care if Atkins stays another year or is gone. His tenure overall has been a subpar one in comparison to the AA years. Given the teams expectations, payroll, extra WC spots and balanced schedule, will be a huge disappointment if they still have ZERO Postseason wins after this year. Hasn't been able to take this team to the next level despite solid roster pieces to build around.
93 Jays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 It's really bad when the only player is showing ANY discipline or composure at the plate is a nobody they brought up from Buffalo
deanmike Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Get rid of the 3 piece of s*** garbage lazy fatasses and have an org top to bottom filled with 110th percentile work ethic.

EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 atkins neutered the offense for defense only for them to be in the same spot if not worse lol
RobinThicc Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Saddest part about this is that the players know they're not coming back tonight.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Defensive WAR and contact wins games!!!
93 Jays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Even if they make the wildcard, I won't bother watching. This is a complete clown show. I mean, they got starter after starter with 6 plus ERA's throwing shutout ball against us game after game. Then you got nobody's like Torkelson with numbers better than Vladdy's. It's just ridiculous. This team is not built to win and their record against the AL east prove it. Their home record is an embarassment and the teams approach at the plate is utterly atrocious and hasn't shown a lick of improvement over 140 games. Then you get to the most pivotable games of the year and your best players look like amateurs.
Scion Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Yeah I can't watch right now either I'd lose my mind This has been my approach most of the year, and I've been happier for it.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Holy f***, the crowd is booing.

Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Holy f***, the crowd is booing. Springer just tried to chip a ball off the LHH box and Bo missed spectacularly 3 times lmao
Masterbather Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 This has been my approach most of the year, and I've been happier for it. I watched during the JP Ricciardi era. I can now survive anything.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Holy f***, the crowd is booing. Surprised it took so long. The product has been pathetic to watch for most of the year.

If someone in the org has the balls to relegate Vlad to the role he deserves this season based on his play (platoon bat vs LHP), my hopes for this team may rise. Daily reminder for anyone who forgot, in 469 PA since returning from his wrist issue on May 9th, he has accumulated -0.5 fWAR in that time span. It's baffling that they keep trotting this lazy fatass fool out there every night.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Nice to see the crowd booing at Vlad. Enough sugar coating this team and this season! Time to start winning baseball games!
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Springer just tried to chip a ball off the LHH box and Bo missed spectacularly 3 times lmao It's crazy. This team needs a culture shift.
deanmike Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Fantastic, I think I heard boos after Vlad Sr's obese son's last s***** AB. Let the hatred and negativity flow Toronto. Vladimir Guerrero Jr is a piece of s***.
