Captain_Obvious Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Just amazing what happens when umps screw up and don’t call strike 3 on Seager This must be why we're losing. Because the umpire missed a borderline pitch. Not because the offense has s*** the bed.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 At least we have babe Schneider
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Author Posted September 14, 2023 lol, yeah, they're feeling it! lol I tried
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 3-1 count…swings at borderline pitch up and away, 4 seam fastball straight as an arrow for some f***ing reason. Can fix his swing all you want if he keeps swinging at trash like that it won’t matter
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Does this team have one substantial comeback all year, I feel like they always just lay down
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 This must be why we're losing. Because the umpire missed a borderline pitch. Not because the offense has s*** the bed. I also made the comment about the ump but you're correct we're not losing because of it

hanton Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Corey Seager is a product of the Dodgers, they teach hitters to get the ball in the air and hit it far and hard, including pulling
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 This must be why we're losing. Because the umpire missed a borderline pitch. Not because the offense has s*** the bed. I'm shocked that there are 14 worse offensive teams than us in baseball
PhillyBlueJay Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Well better to see the season over now as this is not a playoff team period and we all knew this two months ago hoping Vladdy would turn it around… But holes in lineup were never going to get them anywhere with dominant pitching in the playoffs. Rather be out of it now then heartache last couple of games in season then everyone mad saying some of the easy win games we lost this season. Jays could seriously stock the farm with trades this off-season and be in contention again in 2-3 years.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 It’s amazing our hitting coach has not been fired.
june.june Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Atkins should have fired Guillermo Martinez and Hudgens a long long time ago. The piss poor offensive numbers in May/ June/ July should be enough data and grounds to terminate those two clowns employment.
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 CANNOT blame Kikuchi here....the guy has pitched his heart out all season
Captain_Obvious Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Kirk's great game calling on display. Let's just throw 10% FBs and 90% hanging off speed pitches.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 So this is what happens when we don't play the 3 worst teams in baseball. We hardly got by those, which should have been an indicator of things to come...
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Well, see y’all tomorrow. Can’t watch this garbage.
BlueJays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 It’s amazing our hitting coach has not been fired. Don't worry. He will be back next year with 3 year deal.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Corey Seager is a product of the Dodgers, they teach hitters to get the ball in the air and hit it far and hard, including pulling Other than Babe, has any hitter on the Jays pulled anything so far tonight?
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Atkins should have fired Guillermo Martinez and Hudgens a long long time ago. The piss poor offensive numbers in May/ June/ July should be enough data and grounds to terminate those two clowns employment. And Shapiro should have fired Atkins too. Everyone from Atkins down should be gone this offseason with the clock starting on Shapiro. 8 years and 0 playoff wins...
june.june Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Whoever is the hitting coach of Clement/ Davis Schneider and Horowitz should have been promoted and they could have booted out the door Martinez and Hudgens
deanmike Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Vlad is such a worthless garbage piece of s***.
BlueJays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Vladdy must be fuming. He won't be able to throw some ice water tonight as well.
Pinkfloid Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Kirk's game calling is almost as bad as his fitness level. So many red flags up and down this lineup. Least likeable Jays team in many years.
hanton Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 Whoever is the hitting coach of Clement/ Davis Schneider and Horowitz should have been promoted and they could have booted out the door Martinez and Hudgens You know what it is......there's ZERO in the way of coaching in this organization, those players figured it out on their own
93 Jays Verified Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 As I was saying. Jonah heim= 7 rbi Bichette and Guerrero?= Not and single HIT in three games at the most important part of the season this far
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 If anyone is still riding the Ross Atkins train, you need to get your heads examined.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
