This is how I’m coping with this. Even if the Jays make the last playoff spot, I have no faith in them being able to hit Sonny Gray and Pablo Lopez so if they make it then great, but if not, at least it should (in theory) lead to more significant change.

This line up is garbage.I am sorry but Kirk,Espanial,Biggio,are not playing for any team in this league not even the A's.Schneider is blowing this year with this garbage idea to rest these guys and change the line up everyday!!!.Keep doing it and you will have 5 months of rest.Vlad batting is brutal move him down manage quit being there buddy be the coach.One week from now here it is Red Sox and Seattle both pass us .Pitchers give up 1 run in a nine inning game and not winning this is embarrassing excuses are for losers so tired everytime we lose we praise the other pitchers for our crap hitting.

I think a lot of posters on here overhyped Kirk way too much. He was really solid last season hitting .285/.372/.415 which I would take everyday from a catcher. But a lot of his power was in May/June and afterwards didn't do that much with the bat. When you look at his numbers from July 2022 till now, he's been pretty awful offensively. That's no small sample size. He's still young enough to rebound and turn his career around, but he needs to get into better shape and improve his power numbers for him to do so.

 

Vladdy has been a huge disappointment. Supposed to be a monster bat and he's hitting like Garrett Cooper out there.

30 minutes before execution lmao. Jays might be the worst run MLB team in baseball from hitting coach, to scouting, to MLB game plans etc, every team can hit hangers except us cause the approach is pure trash
