1) Cap point values at 10. So, for example, if today was Saturday Merrifield, Espinal, and Bench would all be worth 10 rather than Espinal being 12 and bench being 20.

2) Include an escalator of 1 point per day when no home runs were hit the previous x days. So with no home runs yesterday, point values would start at 2 (but be capped at 10)

3) Add a no home runs option (but maybe make it worth 0.5 or 1 with no escalator)

 

It would increase strategy a little and make the game more dynamic, but it wouldn't increase the administrative bookkeeping.

I'm open to any changes during the second half if majority agrees.

 

Although anything that requires more than just copying and pasting points I'd ask for help as I tend to be busier in the summer months. By June I'm often just looking at boxscores and playing catch up a lot.
