There was a potentially life-threatening situation today during the big event where a protester ran onto the stage but thankfully ALPHA Joey Chestnuts without hesitation swiftly disposed of the protester and continued on crushing hot dogs.

Vladdy DH again with Biggio at first? I think something is up with Biggio possibly being involved in a potential deal where the trade partner wants to see if Biggio can play a decent first base. Possibly Oakland? If he plays first base twice this series then something is up. If they're going with Vladdy's wrist is sore every two to three days, then he shouldn't be swinging a bat either.

 

Maybe Biggio and Jansen for Montas and a pen arm?

I wonder why it's so rare to see the best possible hitting lineup actually in the game... order could be argued a bit I guess but those are the guys that will determine if this team makes any noise in the playoffs.
