Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Then it won't be hard for us to hit some lazy fly balls either. It's not like the fence goes back for us... That’s not the point man
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Nearly every game if they score early, they almost never do much else rest of the game...frustrating team right now
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Well, good job by Yusei again. Bad luck inning there. New game. Gotta swing the f***ing bats
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Also could be a 4-3 game if Espinal hits that ball 1 inch to the left. Game of inches…
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Still winnable ball game, let's actually f***ing do something.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 I'm replying way late here but Gameday had that as a called strike not a swinging strike so it looked to be a horrible call. Severino threw a slider, Lourdes was looking fastball, hence the terrible swing. Hah!
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Mayza is the second best reliever on the team, use him to get out of s*** like that. Shitballer yimj can start the 8th against the bottom of the order The Yankees had all their RHH coming up after Rizzo..
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Problem is, this is Yankees' BP, one of the best if not the best, how do you score against it; Tapia leading off
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Well it kind of is hard to pinpoint them like that. It's a home run in one park in MLB and the shortest home run of Stanton's career because there are hardly any fences that even allow for that kind of ********. But yes, it would be nice if the Jays got that lucky tonight. We've gotten lucky enough this season man. We're 4 games over .500 with a -10 run differential. There are enough unlucky teams out there and it ain't us. Sick of these weak excuses for a team that's just failing to execute when it matters right now.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Fuk that overpaid ******* Mike ( Giancarlo Stanton ) , what kind of a f*** weasel changes his name from Mike to Giancarlo …, f***ing pricks … Yankees and their fans … Fuk them all .

Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Does Montoyo get fired if Jays don't make playoffs this year?
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 The Yankees had all their RHH coming up after Rizzo.. Mayza has no split advantage, bro.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Time for Bo or Vladdy to come up with a big hit
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Alright Springer. Let's get the line moving and score some goddamn runs.

The Jays being over .500 this season so far has definitely seemed like a miracle most nights. That doesn't erase the fact that Stanton's HR was cheap as s***, but it's Yankee Stadium. Just have to hope some of the Jays hitters can hit some over there too.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Espy's homer that was called back is looming large now.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 f*** me, this is terrible. UMPSHOW!!!
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Man, it would be super great if umpires could possibly face any consequences whatsoever. I mean, no matter what they do, literally nothing ever happens to them. This is absurd powertripping behaviour.

I don't disagree but you're the one bitching about a middle reliever pitching in middle relief and giving up a lazy flyball.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Problem is, this is Yankees' BP, one of the best if not the best, how do you score against it; Tapia leading off Yeah this is just a classic game for us to cough up. Reminds me of the last game tbh. Jump to an early lead but could have been better. Other team slowly catches up before taking the lead late and it's game over. Hopefully we can pull this out.
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Charlie is a limp noodle out there. If you are going to get thrown out make it worthwhile and inspire/fire up your team like Shulman was saying. That was some limp dick arguing going on there.. #deflated
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 I am absolutely shocked that wasn't called a strike. I'm amazed when these f***nuggets make the correct call.
