I would take Gardner over the other options right now. I think I would hate him less and actually like him if he had those annoying grind out at-bats for us.

 

Assdribble as a Jay could work as well. I still want to see Biggio get a legit chance though.

If Assdribble was okay with being a utility guy who starts maybe 3-4 times per week, would be ideal.

 

Gardner, like you said, would at least give us better AB's than Tapia and is still better defensively.
