Why do people keep forgetting that Spring Training was like a week and a half? The Dodgers took out Kershaw with a perfect game going through 7, but yes the Blue Jays are the only team doing weird stuff with their pitching lol.

We are definitely not the only team running a 6 man rotation right now. Someone like Ryu in particular we already know does well from having extra days of rest, the team obviously knows what they're doing with these extra days of rest. They're not just imposing these measures because having suboptimal lineups and matchups is fun.
