JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Someone posted this: "Pete is a Foreign National accused of an offence at the moment. IF he is convicted of DUI (and the charge equates to Impaired Driving in the Criminal Code of Canada) - he could be found inadmissible due to Criminality to Canada. In all likelihood (speaking purely hypothetically) - he may be convicted of a lesser offence which wont affect his entrance eligibility, OR he may apply for a type of waiver called a Temporary Resident Permit (used to overcome inadmissibility)." Hopefully he finds a way to be able to work around it.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Biggio might be the best #9 hitter in the MLB this year. Just stay healthy kid.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Its hard to not to be excited about this roster's potential. Even today's lineup of Biggio, Bichette, Vlad, Gurriel, Chapman and Kirk is a damn fine looking top 6... add in Springer and Teo and that's 8 deep with position players and the DH slot left. I lightning-in-the-bottle version of Bird would just be the icing on the cake
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 f***ing Kirk and his one knee catching ********
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 f***ing Kirk and his one knee catching ******** The idea is that it helps catchers frame pitches in the low part of the zone, and helps keep the knees healthier. They don't usually do it with runners on
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Chapman the sucking vacuum
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 cleanshaven Donaldson just looks so wrong....

John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Less chances to catch the wild pitches and also more passed balls As i said, they dont usually do it with runners on base.
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Donaldson in pinstripes is just nauseating
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 I want to see Manoah for one more inning, only 44 pitches.

max silver Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 I want to see Manoah for one more inning, only 44 pitches. Yeah he looks good so far unlike some of the other Jays starters this spring *cough cough Berrios Ryu*
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Yeah he looks good so far unlike some of the other Jays starters this spring *cough cough Berrios Ryu* Nobody is hurt. That's all that really matters at this point.
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Nobody is hurt. That's all that really matters at this point. Yeah hopefully the Pete Walker DUI is the only truly bad news of the spring.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Nice, Manoah still out there. Give him another 10-15 pitches and call it a day
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Or... 5 more. Ah well, good start. 50 pitches and not hurt = good.

RobinThicc Verified Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Borucki got f***ed that inning
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Borucki got f***ed that inning 4 batters 4 squared up baseballs. Might need to shake up the pitch mix on days like that.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Phew, that could have been ugly. Glad there was no collision there
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 As i said, they dont usually do it with runners on base. Watching the 6th. inning?
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 Pearson not fooling anyone today
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 This is what bad defense does to pitching. Judge should have been out and it just changes the whole inning.
