Would have had a full 45k crowd at home for games 3 and 4 too

Who says the same scenario doesn't play out anyway? The Jays were fighting to play a one-game playoff so they could play a one-game playoff.

So it comes down to who can cheat better to get to the world series.

 

They may as well just let both teams cheat. They've had lots of practice. See who cheats better once and for all.

The amount of success the red sox have in general pisses me off

 

They are a great organization and have had some luck. They've built teams a bunch of different ways, and chase talent every way possible. They aren't afraid to tank a season, but have shown they can bounce back and go deep into the playoffs a year after a losing season.

Grant told me this is the worst playoff team of all time.

 

lol. They just won a series where their pitching staff gave up 5 runs a game. Starters went 1, 1, 5 and 5 innings.

 

Grant is right that their starting pitching staff is below average for a playoff team. Their offense and bullpen is good though. More than one way to win.

It's why I'm hoping for a festivus miracle by the Chisox.

 

I would give up the DH forever to re-do these playoffs and not have the Red Sox vs a LaRussa or Dusty ALCS. I wish the Red Sox were from any other city cause I could like them. As much as I want to see Dusty get zero credit, I still cheer for the Astros cause if you ain't cheatin' you ain't trying.
