I literally came in my American Eagle underwear when Springer hit that home run and I still have a half boner

You can't wash them until the Jays lose and maybe not even then.

I wear my boxers like seven days in a row so that might not be a problem

What a strange series this has been. A double-header of short, one-run pitching duels surrounded by crushing losses delivered to the Sox.

I also like that the 13-1 Jays win on July 29 is what started this continuing spiral for the Sox.

Spent day at field watching my kid play ball. PVRed game and managed to avoid score. Just finished game on PVR. Holy f*** Batman. How did Vlad hit that out? George Springer holy f***. How did Father Time get through those innings? Holy f*** Romano dialing up 101s. Man that was sweet sweet nectar after last nights loss. f*** the BoSox and Go Jays!

I took my 5 year old to the game today for his first Blue Jays game.

Needless to say, this is a day neither of us will soon forget. He was locked in all game and kept reassuring me the Jays were going to come back. Simply an incredible day.

Yup with a 5 year old as well nothing better then taking him to his first ball game. Unfortunately we are from manitoba so the closest thing I have for now is the goldeyes full I take him to Toronto. He still loves it

Let's catch boston and nyy I think we match up good against Oakland

Goal has to be taking the Division.

P.S. If it were September 9th than I would agree with your post but it is August 9th and the Jays have plenty of time to catch the Rays.

I heard Gurriel was throwing balls to kids in the stand, did you catch a glimpse of it?

Springer is a cybernetic organism living tissue over a metal endoskeleton.

Memories to treasure. Hope you got some pics. The gm being great helps but even if they don't win you and your son will always remember it fondly. Funny my son is always more optimistic than me about the team coming back too. We went to that Steve Pearce game where he hit the GS to come back to win from like down 11-4 or something crazy. Kids are innocent and not jaded and cynical like me lol. Flew son from Calgary to Tor first game at 4, 9 years ago and looking forward to next trip. Never forget it.

Ump Scorecards confirms the Jays got f***ed hard last night. If they hadn't won it would have been brutal to stomach.

We were behind the visitors dugout so I didn't see it, but my buddy was at Game 1 of the double dip on Saturday and sat down the left field line and he said Gurriel was incredible with the kids, throwing balls, playing catch, etc.

Springer Dinger

Buck's call was so weird... almost like he wasn't looking when the ball was hit. He was acting as if it was a borderline flyball/homerun when it was several rows deep in the 200s
