InvincibleTiger Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Grichuk in the 4 hole with Teo out? Eww. Why would they even pitch to Vladdy? This doesn't look so promising. We might be looking at a NYY sweep. With that said, Go Jays! Break out of this slump.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Author Posted June 17, 2021 I f***ing hate the Blue Jays. Let's go Blue Jays.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 GO f***ING JAYS GO!!! We need a W...
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 We'd be much better off with either Tellez, Biggio or Gurriel hitting fourth. What in the actual f*** is Charlie doing? Has nobody told him about the extremely streaky bat Grichuk has and he is currently on the ice cold end of the spectrum at the moment? All Charlie did was insert the next best statistical yearly numbers in the fourth spot instead of realizing where the trajectory lines currently sit. Zero awareness on what his happening around him.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Throwing a baseball accurately is proving to be too much to ask for from this bunch
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 What's with 3rd base, man?! Can you find a Scott Rolen 2.0 for us somewhere?
ShowtimeBelli Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Oh look... It's Mr. Blue Jay killer
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 We need an everyday third basemen big time.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Can you find a Scott Rolen 2.0 for us somewhere? That was rhetorical, meat!
Ray Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 That legitimately might be the best inning I’ve seen Zeuch throw. Sitting 95, touching 97, and with good movement on all his pitches.
RustyTrombone Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 soooooo since when did Zeuch start throwing 97
RustyTrombone Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 That legitimately might be the best inning I’ve seen Zeuch throw. Sitting 95, touching 97, and with good movements on his pitches. Like he legitimately looks like he could be a bullpen weapon if that velo is for real
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 That was rhetorical, meat! I know dummy.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Zoinks finally got the velocity that his height dictates he should have? I had absolutely given up on him ever doing that...
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 I'm fully expecting his arm to fall off after this start
RustyTrombone Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 If this velo is the real Zeuch now there is no way he goes back to the minors. Kid can be a good piece of the bullpen at least
Ray Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 soooooo since when did Zeuch start throwing 97 He had an uptick in velo in Spring Training and was back to throwing 92 in the regular season. He may just be a guy who takes a while to regain his velo after a season. I remember it was a similar story last season, but he was never throwing 97!
ShowtimeBelli Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 soooooo since when did Zeuch start throwing 97 He was in spring training. How do I remember this? Because I had to listen to Barker on the Fan during baseball central every day getting mad that Zeuch was now throwing 97 and that's a bad thing for him, despite Zeuch have a good spring during this all.

Lol only a dumbass like Barker could ever think more velo = bad

I remember that he a uptick but i thought that was just into like 93-94 range not all the way up to 97. His sinker is a plus big league pitch if he keep it up.
InvincibleTiger Verified Member Posted June 17, 2021 Posted June 17, 2021 Don't pitch to Vlad if you're smart, Yankees. You have Grichuk on deck

Can't stand that dingleberry.
