Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 That's our cleanup hitter right there lol
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 It’s so nice having a bat like Vlad in the lineup
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 so we sent pearson down and we start Kay. Kay his pitched not great in his 3 outings. What happens if he has a bad 4th start. Do they just keep throwing Kay out there? Keep alternating between him and Thornton who ever is doing best to get 4 innings is probably what they have thoughts of doing

Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Just puked in my mouth there lol Lol. There just isn't many options for that spot unless they go back to Zeuch or let Pearson figure things out up here
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Just puked in my mouth there lol Eventually I assume Manoah is up. It might even be within a week. He starts tmw and if he dominates again, I would not be surprised to see start #3 in the majors. He definitely doesn't have the confidence issues Pearson seems to have, at least, on the surface. I have my doubts that he will forget how to throw strikes if he's given the chance.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Keep alternating between him and Thornton who ever is doing best to get 4 innings is probably what they have thoughts of doing They start Kay and he gives up 4 or 5 through 3 or 4 innings and then they bring In Thornton for multiple innings. Just start Thornton already!
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Was that a selfie celly at 1B??? lol
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 They wanted that 0-2 fastball up more. Meatball.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 That missed pitch sucked, but Ray's been dynamite.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Was that a selfie celly at 1B??? lol That’s his thing. He did it in the playoffs last year too.

Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Why not show us a good replay whether Biggio swung or not?
Eat My Shatkins Verified Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Ray's last 4 starts: 24.2 IP 33 K's 1 BB but... 7 homers given up.
Slyfisher Verified Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 I hate how ground balls up the middle are outs more times than not now
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Will Montoyo be too scared to use Tellez as a pinch hitter because it's lefty on lefty?
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2021 Posted May 12, 2021 Ray's last 4 starts: 24.2 IP 33 K's 1 BB but... 7 homers given up. Most of those have been solo's I think so I can live with that. Sometimes it happens when you're being aggressive as Ray has been. Cant stand guys who just walk people consistently.
