TrueNorth Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Yes...he would have used his 3/4 swing for that
Slyfisher Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Espinal wants playing time. Montoyo will sit him for sure because he's hitting smh
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Jansen is so unlucky. He probably deserved a hit on the 105 liner earlier but not that one. He usually hits the ball extremely soft so he deserves whats he’s gotten for the most part. Hes a very very bad hitter.

Jgarza868899 Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Minor glute strain. I take that as somewhat positive???
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Glute soreness for Ryu, doesn’t sound too bad...
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 From a person who cant spell John... I can spell John just fine. But that’s not my name sweetheart.
Jgarza868899 Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 From a person who cant spell John... Lmao
Slyfisher Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Jansen or Arencieba? Who's a better hitter? Lol
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Glute soreness for Ryu, doesn’t sound too bad... Best case scenario. He might not even miss a start.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 To be clear, Biggio is playing 3B because the team has asked him to play 3B, because the team signed Semien with the understanding that he would be playing 2B. Biggio is playing out of position to help the team, at their request. Ya thats true but hes playing out of position because the team found someone better at his best position. He will always have to deal with something like this since he's not really elite at any position.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Espinal looks line a fantastic IF bench guy for us for years to come. Even in 2015/16 we had to deal with Cliff Penningtons, Muni Kawasaki and Darwin Barneys for that role who were black holes on offense. Going forward if Espinal can be that guy the next 5 years and play full time if needed due to injuries we're looking good there. He's really winning me over. Espinal > Panik.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Glute soreness for Ryu, doesn’t sound too bad... Needs more butt exercises, I guess.
Stottlemyres_Bloody_Chin Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Espinal > Panik. Agreed. He looks like he could be a league average starter at a few positions. A solid as f*** bench guy.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Jansen or Arencieba? Who's a better hitter? Lol Career wise? They're actually pretty close.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Why Charlie? Borucki had great stuff today and has only thrown 22 pitches. I hate this micro managing ********.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Jansen or Arencieba? Who's a better hitter? Lol I would take Jansen because Arencibia was a disaster on both sides of the ball. Jansen will probably carve out a lengthy Major League career as backup. He will likely float around on a bunch of rosters around the league.
TrueNorth Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 I can spell John just fine. But that’s not my name sweetheart. Very brave of you...go back to dreamland honey
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 I want more Borucki man. He needs to be used A LOT more.
Slyfisher Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Jansen's solid behind the plate there's no doubt about that
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Why Charlie? Borucki had great stuff today and has only thrown 22 pitches. I hate this micro managing ********. Cannot stand when he does stuff like this but at the same time, our expected crappy bullpen is performing out of their minds. Tough to say whether it's because of Montoyo or in spite lol.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Very brave of you...go back to dreamland honey Don’t get mad at me because you got called out on your s*** take.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Well, that sucked for everyone...
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 Cannot stand when he does stuff like this but at the same time, our expected crappy bullpen is performing out of their minds. Tough to say whether it's because of Montoyo or in spite lol. When in doubt, always go with spite.
Slyfisher Verified Member Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 When in doubt, always go with spite. "hate lasts longer than love" bronx tale
