The fly ball wasn't a triple, but I can't help but think the baseball gods paid him back for his last AB the previous game where he hit a line drive 116 mph for an out that should have been a double. His first double he stayed on a tough curve ball that was out of the strike zone low and still hit it hard enough to get it by the bag at 3rd. His final double was a nice line drive no doubt double. More importantly after those 3 hits he took a walk. He hasn't had a walk in 7 games. It's pretty obvious he's been pressing. A few hits and he relaxes and takes a walk. This lineup is deep. Vlad needs to take his free passes when there's nothing to hit.
