If Freddy Galvis going oppo isn’t proof enough for a juiced ball, I don’t know what else to tell you.

Wow.. What's up with Galvis lately?

I wanna know where that little guy gets his power from.

They have him listed at 5'10" but I think he's closer to 5'9" or 5'8"

Yeah, this. It seems to be getting worse too. Maybe MLB thinks this is what people want to see, but it's getting way out of hand.

First of all, only complete f***ing losers use the word "cuck" unironically. Second of all, Biggio can hit, nobody was ever denying that, it's just that he's not a good fielder anywhere, while Zobrist was a good fielder at several positions. It'd be nice if he learned to field and became that, but all signs point to "cuck".

First of all, it pains me to read this from my favorite X-Men character. You are not the Wade I thought you were :(

Wrong. Many were talking about his hitting and all facets of his game to include OBP in a negative context.. People were on their high-horses like they are way to frequently around here.

He has some pop. He hit 20 HR with the Phillies three years ago.

They are addicted to the home runs

It's amazing how quickly Gurriel has transformed into an elite left fielder.

Elite overall or as a defender? I'd like to see how he adjusts once pitchers attack him differently, and the defense has been very promising for someone who at the very least hasn't played out there in a while, should hopefully only get better with more reps.

Yeah, it's also to be expected that he'd have an uptick in power coming to the Dome from Petco

I was the stupid guy campaigning to demote Jansen to help him regain his confidence, but I’m glad he proved me wrong. He’s on fire.

Haha I thought he was over matched and should be sent down too. What a difference a couple weeks can make.

Even the expected statistics were supporting his struggles and he legitimately seemed overmatched on league average fastballs. He looks like a completely different hitter now.

I recall reading an article recently that stated that the Blue Jays were bringing in former pitchers to help the hitters with their timing. Maybe that did the trick, because the whole team looks different offensively.

You should've looked at the underlying metrics, Ray. He's been having elite plate appearances for over five weeks now and the results are finally catching up to the process.

Isn’t this 3 days in a row for Giles?

Yes it is. I find this surprising when less than a week ago management was avoiding him going back to back nights coming back off the IL.

Man what a stupid reckless appearance here by Giles. It was a tie game (so no save opp) and Giles had pitched 2 days in a row, including in a blowout for some reason.

Trade his ass this weekend before he gets hurt. 2018 is only a year ago. The scars of waiting too long to pull the trigger are still visible.
