Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Author Posted June 13, 2019 So he can K...? *sarcasm* He hates Grichuk.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 Grichuk had THREE extremely hittable fastballs in that AB. -.03 WAR , .700 OPS fence type, but let's hand him a 5/57 because reasons beyond our comprehension.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Author Posted June 13, 2019 Apr. 1. He was lucky on a couple balls in play that night, but other than that the bats were M.I.A... much like the season thus far. Tonight he's been lucky AF.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 *sarcasm* He hates Grichuk. I don't hate the guy on a personal level, he seems like a nice guy. I just hate his make up as a player.
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 What the heck was that we just saw in the stands?
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 I don't hate the guy on a personal level, he seems like a nice guy. I just hate his make up as a player. He Ks way too much, too inconsistent and not a great CF.. Much better in RF and IMO should not be below 5 in the lineup..
Barkerfan23 Verified Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 The next GM is going to be a hero for this team, from getting out of the Grichuk contract
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Author Posted June 13, 2019 Attaboy Grichuk. We’re going to regret his contract real soon. How can you regret that, contract? It's just over 10 per, I'll be it was earlier than expected.

Yeah perfect fastball out over the plate that he fouled back before he stands there like a dummy watching strike 3. I am so over this clown.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 The next GM is going to be a hero for this team, from getting out of the Grichuk contract It's not a crippling contract and it'll have a small impact on the roster in the next few years. Nonetheless, it was a boneheaded move by Atkins. Horrible awareness and judgement on his part.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 Both GMs hoping their team loses
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 He Ks way too much, too inconsistent and not a great CF.. Much better in RF and IMO should not be below 5 in the lineup.. Grichuk is a 3-4 times a week/platoon type who plays a passable RF and should be hitting anywhere from 6-8 in the line up, 6 when he's hot, that's about it. You can find that type of value he brings for $3-5 million, not the little over $11M he averages over the five year commitment.

Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 I like how Teoscar scaled the wall on that homerun 20 feet away from where it went over.
