P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 You're right, I can't tell if they updated it or I messed up upon first glance. Obviously it's the former since I've never been wrong. I hear you. There was this one time I thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 His defense has been impeccable, he made one small blunder on what was already a tough play. His offense has obviously been very underwhelming but we shouldn't just criticize him for everything. He's made big strides on the defensive end. I agree he has. He has to get to a point where a called breaking ball in the dirt has to be reacted by dropping to his knees and squaring up, not trying to short hop it on the back hand.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Radio Scouts podcast recording to Vlad homer ratio is 1:1. We should record every game.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Eat a dick Ump, that was not a strike.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Author Posted May 15, 2019 The ump f***ed over Jonathan Davis.

In the ESPN game last night there was extended discussion on how teams are willing to let catchers prioritize framing over blocking....which is leading to more wild pitches and pass balls. It might have been Grandpa Rossy talking s*** though.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Buck and Pat really in full agreement that more players should bunt lmao
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Buck and Tabby just can't miss an opportunity to talk about the opener and how an old school guy like Bochy hates it (even though Bochy is using it) in a smug tone (after the opener gives up 3 runs). Makes me want to puke. Oh f***...here we go with the discussion on how players are and SHOULD bunt more against the shift. Thick with smugness.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Sandoval should definitely bunt here.
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Young Beedah! He certainly passes the eye test for me...
Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Pablo's a national league type of player - Pat Tabler

It should be instinctive and automatic that a catcher drops down to block a pitch in the dirt and taught from a young age.
Superdood Verified Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Buck has called Oracle park Oriole park at least 3 times already, he's so drunk.

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Thornton is clearly the best hitter on the team now.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Author Posted May 15, 2019 I'll never get tired of watching Eric Sogard mash.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Pudge Rodrigues was 19 years and 295 years old when he hit his first homer, guys.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Author Posted May 15, 2019 That was demolished, god damn.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 Come on Smoak break out of this slump big boi
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2019 Author Posted May 15, 2019 Lol Trent Thornton had no idea what the f*** the jacket was for.
