Happy mother's day.

 

Mother's Day in Britain was back in April, I was kind of expecting to be the only one here today!

The home plate ump has no business making that swing call. He barely went around.

 

Yeah i hate when they do that, seeing more and more of this in recent years also. Are umpires that self centered where they can't ask for a call from an umpire with clearly the better angle?

I hope all the Sanchez haters are watching today.

 

Today is exactly why it would be premature to completely write him off. He hasn’t been fully fit for a significant period since 2016 and he deserves a chance to show he’s over his fingernail issues.

I'm sorry but no. He's been healthy this entire year and has been bad, he's only been good as a starter in 2016 which points more to that being an outlier than his true talent. He needs to keep this going for an extended period of time, a few innings where he looks unhittable is not enough for us to throw away 2 consecutive seasons plus another month of terrible performance.

His last start was good, so he's building from that and not just today's two innings. Bob just stated that he has huge upside and talent, thus to early to write him off at his age. He's had health issues the past few years, no excuse for his command issues though but there's time to fix that.

 

Why do you guys hate on him so much?

MLB's replay team gets it wrong again. I'm pretty sure they just throw darts to make their decision.

How the f*** is MLB so bad at replay? It is legit puzzling.

 

IIRC it's umpires in the replay booth, just means they're s***** at one more thing that they do.
