Fun game. I can't imagine how the fans are feeling though.

Yankees are pretty lucky to only give up 1 in that situation.

Yeah this game's been wild, been watching since it was 9-5. :cool:

 

I have 6 closers with blown saves throughout all my leagues, today's been bad for the closers in general today.

Kevin Cash you sneaky devil you. I'm not sure if I've ever seen that. Kolarek pitches and gets the first out. Cash brings on Roe on to face the next batter., but Kolarek doesn't come out he goes to first. Then after Roe gets the out Kolarek returns to the mound to get the third out.....crazy!

That game is being played under protest because of this. Apparently Cash didn't specify where Kolarek and Roe would hit in the lineup (one went in for the 1st baseman and the other goes in for the DH).

I recall the Cardinals doing it in an extra inning game a whole bunch of times, one of the craziest games I have ever seen.

Mike Trout is the best hitter in baseball. According to Statcast, Mike Trout's xwOBA (.475) is higher than his actual wOBA by 27 points. Mike Trout is the best hitter in baseball and he's underperforming his batted ball stats. The next highest xWOBA is Bellinger at .457.

 

Mike Trout is good guys.
