BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 James has an electric arm. Filthy.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Meh, no ump is going to get to the perfect angle on that one. He is right that the fan hit the glove...Let the camera angles decide if the fan is over the fence. http://mlb.mlb.com/images/3/3/8/81432338/west_mf1322in.gif
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 p t s d Definitely....then King had him as his avatar for a few months after which delayed the healing process.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Alex Cora is making the same mistake Boone did.
Atlas Verified Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Seem to remember a certain bearded fan reaching into the playing area in KC in 2015 ALCS on a ball hit by Moose - called a home run anyway. So if its closer to a catch on the ball its an out? According to West's eyes and MLB. In hindsight we now know the loss wasn’t dependent on that fan’s catch, so much as who was choking...sorry...pitching on the mound that game.... **COUGH**Price-Choke**COUGH**
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 That was bang bang but another call where the Sox get the benefit of the doubt.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Did Joe Kelly change his delivery midway through the playoffs?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Josh James' changeup is a joke. Where my boy P2F at?

glory Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 This is Boston's year, unfortunately. Those Mofo's are unbeatable.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 I got to say from this image it looks like that white shirt to the interferer's left is obviously over the fence (his belly is even over the fence). The guy interfering appears to be even more on the field.

Omar Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Tyler White wtf Take your cuts!
Key22 Verified Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 I'm feeling good about the Osuna trade.
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 It's actually pretty unbelievable that they called that interference, ridiculous. They want the Red-Sox in the World Series... Good for Business. Astros being in again the very next year wouldn't be ideal for ratings. That was an extremely easy call to make. I was in disbelief when they called it interference.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 What a great throw! Questionable decision by Kemp, but they don't have to get it all back this inning either. Maybe not a terrible gamble absent of the result.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 That's a mistake by Kemp...but still I don't mind a player being aggressive when that is completely the players M.O.
Atlas Verified Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 You need baserunners Astros...WTF was that?!??! No need to risk second base there.
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 awful base running from Kemp... ughh....
5ToolPhenom Verified Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Damn, how much does that Kemp f***-up hurt now?!
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 You need baserunners Astros...WTF was that?!??! No need to risk second base there. Betts had to turn around, off balance, and throw a perfect blind throw to 2nd to even have a shot. Probably a 1 in 100 play by Betts. They don't have to get it all back this inning. If he gets second, he can score without a hit. Obviously it turned out poorly, but I don't think it was a terrible decision, just a terrible result.

Atlas Verified Member Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 And that’s part of the beauty of Baseball...both Omar and Abomination are right...and passionate debates can go on!
