If there's one thing you want, it's to bring in a reliever who walks in a run on 4 pitches.

 

I have heard a lot of people say he is the type of pitcher the Jays should target next year for a SP.

 

I dont agree.. but the price just got a lot lower..

Pearce definitely looks good at 1B. Why the Jays put him in LF when he's a walking injury risk and can't play the outfield anymore beats me. A lot of value lost.

I haven't seen his name mentioned much, but he's a perfectly capable starter who really got his s*** together after leaving the Twins for the Yankees. I'd gladly take him on a reasonable two-year deal.

Boone's going to get roasted for bringing Severino out for the 4th. Not watching the game so not sure how he looked or what his pitch count was after 3, but bringing in Green after the damage was already done seems like a really pointless move.

Man you're an idiot. The Yankees are getting vastly outplayed by a superior team, the credit for this game goes to the Red Sox, not the Yankees' alleged ineptitude.
