Too bad Stro is on the shelf. This is where we'd see him pinch running.

There has to be another pitcher with baserunning skills. We need black relievers.

That summed up our season. Total incompetence scoring runners from 3rd with 0 outs. 2 different chances we score 1 on a hit off the wall (joke the 2nd didn't score) the. A double play...pathetic. ..also the bullpen has become a problem lol

That ball was not deep enough to get Grandy. Maybe 5 years ago but not now.

But damn I thought Morales walked it off. s*** what a horrible ending.

Rivera is straight up terrible how many outs has he caused this team, f***ing donaldson was up next with one out.

Yeah, that wasn't a smart send with none out. If there was one out, or a poor outfielder, it might be different.

f***ing fire SOMEBODY after that f***ing dog s***

I'm not a believer in snap decisions but I kind of agree here. I don't care if it's a hot dog guy. I want to hear that they were pissed and randomly fired someone.

Why is Rivera still the 3B coach. He is so bad at making decisions. I've literally never seen a guy make consistently worse send calls.

My thoughts exactly...about a bad a beat as I have seen, f***ing little leaguers play better situational baseball than the Jays have under Gibbons. I’ve put up with this s*** because it seems like he’s a good guy and the players seem to enjoy his shtick. (The ones that he has punched aside). Team is in a tailspin, someone needs to step up/be accountable for not being able to execute basic fundamentals at the MLB level

I was listening on the radio but it just seems like they werent getting as many bases as they should. If Calhoun dives and misses how did Grandy end up on 2nd only? And Smith on 3rd?

Then how do the runners all get one base on a ball off the wall? Did it seem like the ball was going to be caught?

My opinion of Gibbons has changed from three years ago and I really don’t have an issue with him managing this team but I almost want him fired just so Rivera is gone. That might be the only way to make it happen.

I'm hoping for North

He doesn't even need to go. Just switch him and Leiper.

Smith not scoring on Grandy’s hit and Grandy not scoring on Morales’ hit definitely seemed questionable. At least with the Morales hit, Grandy was tagging up since it wasn’t a certainty that it was a hit, but yeah should have at least tied the game.

I shouldn't have attended live and stayed until 11. I want to claw my eye out.

You win (or lose, in this case).

seems like they're playing scared, zero confidence in getting another hit that inning so Granderson tagged up rather than go half way and score the game tying run. Morales is just an idiot.

Both plays were such near catches that I understand the hesitation in both instances. They were easy double ups waiting to happen. Kind of unfortunate.

Except the Granderson send. I could tell he was dead the second it left Calhoun's hand.

Smith had to hold up to make sure the ball wasn't caught (it was very close). It's too bad though, as Grandy was busting it out of the box and would have made 3rd easy. Morales was inexcusable though.
