This is old but found it the other day. Man what a swing on this kid. 12 year old Jayce Blalock:

Video of him putting it over the fence in Atlanta's park during BP too.

Don't know how it's physically possible to be that big and strong at 12.

They haven't indicated starters for some games starting in 10 mins.

It’s happened a few times recently. It’s like they actively try to push business to the competition

Pretty sure there's video online of Prince Fielder doing that in Skydome.

It was a yes or no question

I believe he was pointing to the fact that the kid is a tad darker skinned than Hank. To answer the question: no not his son.

The Phillies game is being played in Williamsport. A bunch of the little league world series teams are in attendance.

This Little League Classic is amazing. This is what baseball is all about. MLB needs to find a way to do things like this more often to promote the game to the kids. Heck, the Jays could do a "little league" day. Sell blocks of tickets to youth baseball teams all over Canada at reasonable prices. Load the dome with kids once a year.

For what it's worth, they already do Camp Day or they used to anyways which did bring in a bunch of kids to the park on an afternoon game. For the record, would not recommend attending on camp day, those kids will scream as loud on an infield pop up as they will on a 500 foot homerun.

Yeah, if a place ever wants me to not attend, all they need to do is pack the place with a bunch of f***ing loud, obnoxious kids. Fun fun fun

Holy f*** man - and people think I'm the grumpy one around here...

I'd take that over drunk casual fans who keep telling their buddy why shifts are dumb and how Shatkins ruined the Jays.

How did that post indicate grumpiness? I don't have any issues with having kids days at the stadium, even better if it's youth baseball teams, I'm just pointing out that it wasn't a very enjoyable experience for me when I happened to go to the stadium on the same day as camp day. A bunch of kids at the stadium are objectively loud regardless of game outcome, and the roof happened to be closed too so it only amplified it.

I wouldn't because at least with the drunk idiots I'll leave the stadium with my ear drums intact.

Yeah kids already have their camp days and junior jays Sunday every weekend I think that's more than enough. The other the top cheesy-ness from the in game entertainment staff, and the high pitch screams don't make me want to attend those games either.

I can't stand the fact that people on here seemingly hate children at baseball games, so I'll move onto something that's been echo'd on here a few times already...

Charlie Blackmon's really fallen off a cliff this year (both offensively and defensively). He's already 32 and that 6 year / $108M contract could sure get ugly in a hurry...

I think there's a difference between hating children at baseball games and not wanting to sit in the 500s on Camp Day. The high pitch screaming is very loud.
