Yah I agree. I can see him trying to circle back to us because their is going to be nothing out there. But I don’t think we bite at all

 

Bats does hold a special bond to the little kids and growing minor baseball in Canada. The only reason I don’t want this team to do a full rebuild is because of the impact the Joey Bats era has had on kids wanting to play baseball. If they can trade Morales (doubt it) then I wouldn’t mind having Jose back as a DH but not a everyday type of guy, mostly because of PR.

Yea I would glady take one more year of Bautista if my 2 alternates we’re giving multi year deals to Carlos Gonzalez or Jay Bruce. My worst fear is were going to give Jay Bruce a 3 or 4 year deal.
