Actually, surprisingly, there's one or two somewhat interesting things in his feed:

It’s hard to get behind our ACE as it feels like Stroman isn’t committed to our city, as much as he is to his own brand. I know he does a lot of lip service that he loves the 6, but I’m assuming I’m not alone when I say it seems like fake love. Everything is always so personal with him. As a hip hop fan, I thought it was cool when Rudy Gay made a camo in 5am in Toronto music video, and I’ve seen DD in a couple Compton rappers videos, but this type of video crosses the line like no other lol

I agree, the Stroman hate is going waaay overboard.

 

All of these guys have intrinsic factors that drive them, it just happens that Stroman displays them for everyone to see. This opens him up to a ton of criticism. I loved Hurl's post about Epstein and Baez, and by all accounts nobody on the team seems to have a problem with Stroman (except for his and Aaron's breakup, which seemed pretty petty anyway).

Damn... mainstream media on this, I guess it was expected. Last year the Jays were professional said Stroman... wish he'd had done the same, this year. Atkins and Granderson are going to talk to him. This should blow over shortly though.

Um, Stroman is pretty elite. Come on guys, don't let hatred over his childish antics point away from the fact that Stroman is an excellent pitcher under cheap team control. Teams would absolutely pay a premium to acquire his services.

 

I'd much rather keep him anyways, part of what makes him so good on the mound is his attitude. If acting like the world is against him at all moments helps the Blue Jays out, then I'll always be a Stroman fan regardless of his off-the-field comments.
