Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 That'd be a big loss, if Turner can't go tomorrow, doubt it though, not at this stage.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Musgrove's pissed! Pederson's getting one in the numbers next year, lol.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Going to be good tomorrow night!
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Entertaining stuff so far. Can’t wait to watch tomorrow’s game.
Yippy Verified Member Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 The series is basically over now LA will win the series. The roll that Houston was on was halted by the gurriel racial slur
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 Ballgame... Joc! Tomorrow best of 3, Keuchel and Kershaw, sweet. Thia has been such an exciting series, back and forth and so many intersting games And you couldn't ask for a better 2-2- tie breaker matchup than this
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted October 29, 2017 Author Posted October 29, 2017 Giles sucks and won't pitch again this post season Gurriel gonna get bad PR back in LA If momentum exists the Dodgers now have it again

TheHurl Site Manager Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 Fair decision on the Gurriel suspension IMO. If you suspend him for 2 games immediately he appeals and only ends up getting 2 games next season (what Pillar got for his slur). They give him 5 unpaid next year and it sets a new standard for this stuff. Would rather see the Astros step up and bench him but that isn't going to happen.

I agree sorta, should've impended a game this post season, and sly in 3 games next year. There's no place for that BS. (an appeal, or not)

(an appeal, or not) You know I agree, but the Players Association would insist on an appeal. Makes me wonder what it will take to get a post-season suspension (outside of drug suspensions of course)...Utley's was overturned, just a month after the PA agreed that there would have to be an attempt to stay on the bag as you slide (rule was changed because of this of course)
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 This is imperative information. Please report back with your findings, tout suite. You know I don't speak Spanish

thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Forsythe is going full Jays killer mode on the Astros.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Forsythe is going full Jays killer mode on the Astros. He's real good, tough year, lol... they threw a run away.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 What are the numbers that justify hitting Kike fourth and Puig seventh and not vice versa? What am I missing?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 Forsythe took a huge risk there going before the run had scored, could have been a very costly gamble on his part.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 That was a dumn risk. They were lucky the Astros botched that play.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 What are the numbers that justify hitting Kike fourth and Puig seventh and not vice versa? What am I missing? Not the best sample but Kike crushes lefties.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 That was horrible baseball by the Astros there. Keuchel walking guys, the botched play by the LF (I think he would have had a chance to get the runner at home) and then the botched play on the steal.
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted October 30, 2017 Posted October 30, 2017 What are the numbers that justify hitting Kike fourth and Puig seventh and not vice versa? What am I missing? Splits I guess.
