Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Author Posted July 29, 2017 You have to block that ball, Montero.
Bobthe4th Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Of all the ex Jays to beat us, Ben Revere and Cliff Pennington......
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Well that was f***ing terrible
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Definitely didn't think the bottom of the Angels order would beat Osuna. But this really is the worst season ever.
intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Osuna kind of sucked today. Couple of meatballs, beans an all-glove catcher, and spikes a breaking ball that was 50/50 to be blocked. Jays got this though.
Sltwtr1 Verified Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Don't be DOUBLE PLAY and K Martin! Fnnn K by Martin, surprise surprise... Didn't even look like an attempt to move the runner over or put the ball to the right side...
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Author Posted July 29, 2017 Wouldn't mind hearing... "Swing and A Drive" right about now.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Wouldn't mind hearing... "Swing and A Drive" right about now. I'd settle for single to center field.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Author Posted July 29, 2017 I'd settle for single to center field. Pfffttt...
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Author Posted July 29, 2017 Yeah... f*** this game/year!
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Nice 2-0 swing Jose. What a POS he has become.
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 I was getting used to being on the good end of those late game turnarounds. Tough one
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Bautista...what happened to him this season
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Cheese and rice... Swung a wet newspaper at a 2-0 pitch.
Sltwtr1 Verified Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 When you just want a single or to move the runner over, Martin and Bautista is not who you want at the plate.. And that is the problem with this team all year long. Start the trading already... Let's get ready for next year!
glory Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 Smith and Liriano's performances more important than the result. Time to make some deals.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 I wish Bautista would retire after this year, hes done.
tazsub3 Verified Member Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 I wish Bautista would retire after this year, hes done. Why , I would actually want him to go to a competitor and produce as good as he did for us this year!
polar bear Verified Member Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 If that was Liriano's last appearance for us then it was an accurate representation of his time with the Jays - looked great at times, but a bit inconsistent, with an ERA around 4.5. When you just want a single or to move the runner over, Martin and Bautista is not who you want at the plate.. And that is the problem with this team all year long. Start the trading already... Let's get ready for next year! Forgot to add Tulo to that list, didn't you.
polar bear Verified Member Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 Bautista...what happened to him this season I was asking that question last year, but no one was listening.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
